Wow, I've been quiet.
Maybe it's because I've been working until 10.00 or 11.00 every weeknight for about 3 months.
And making Mak lose her sleep because she can't sleep until I'm safe at home (if I happen to come home that day).
And working on Saturdays until late in the afternoon.
And traveling to Penang and Kedah every week for 3 weeks, sometimes alone.
And driving down to Johor and Melaka, right after that, and rush back to KL, for 2 consecutive days, sometimes alone.
And stopping at R&Rs alone and eating alone and having potential rapists and murderers stare at me as I eat.
And rush back to my car and instantly lock the door and pecut.
And going deep into kampungs and small towns and getting lost.
And carrying heavy loads and getting biceps like Madonna.
And answering people's questions as to what's in those big green environmentally friendly bags bought at Giant.
And carrying cash worth about a house (Oops! Did I say that out loud? Do I care?)
And getting locked in Land Office toilets.
And having clients call me every morning whilst I was busy outstation when they know that the answer is with the clerks at the office.
But heck, I'm going to do the impossible and think positive today.
My mantra:
