My apologies to Dear Am cuz lambat gile nak buat mende nih. I was waiting for time to breathe; terlalu terlalu terlalu maha busy. So here I go!
NAME 5 FAVOURITE FOODS THAT YOU FEEL LIKE HAVING NOW:
1. Puff Pastry from my very own tangan;
2. Godiva - I never tasted it, but it's supposed to be the best tasting chocolate in the world. Saw it at KLIA the other day, tapi was too expensive and was too broke cuz was the end of the month. Will buy it on my next trip there. [The previous best tasting chocolate in the world is "Reese's Peanut Butter Cups" due to the kesusahan nak dapat. But now that it's sold in Giant, dah tak sedap sangat plak cuz kesenangan nak dapat]
3. Mak's choc chip raya cookies. Hmm.. cepat sangat habis. I only ate 10 pieces.
4. Cough Lozenges. Tokak den kombang la..
5. This distant relative's Kuah Kacang at Seremban. Kesedapannya masih terngiang-ngiang dalam diri ini. The only problem is, we don't really go to her house every year. And if I go on my own just to taste her kuah kacang again, she'll wonder whether I'm normal or not.
NAME 5 FOODS YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE FOR BREAKFAST:
1. Mak Ngah's Roti Canai. I tell you, she makes the meanest, crunchiest roti canai! Period.
2. Kak Yah's scrambled eggs.
3. Kak Yah's Nasi Lemak. Deeelish! We eat it for breakfast, lunch and sometimes tea.
4. Kategori air bleh masuk sini ke? Kalau bleh, Nescafe, cuz I only drink it on weekends.
5. Coco Pops with milk. Eventhough I'm lactose intolerant, I can bear to go through the sakit perut after eating this cuz Coco Pops is the best tasting cereal.
NAME 5 FOODS YOU WOULD MOST LIKELY BUY FOR BERBUKA TODAY:
Erm.. I don't think this is relevant to me, mainly cuz bulan puasa dah lepas, I tak puasa hari ni and I don't really buy food for berbuka.

Doing Sarawak!
Yay! Now I can officially say that I have visited all the negeri kat Mesia nih! I was there last weekend to attend my cousin's reception at Kuching of which I was, again, the mekap artis.
The merenjis tradition was different. Instead of sprinkling air kapur on the pengantin's hands, it was put on their foreheads, leaving a white mark. Ponek yo mak mekap..
We stayed at a service apartment in town, at the Somerset Gateway. It's quite grand and quite reasonable. Semua ada - toaster, fresh towels, shampoo, arah qiblat, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, sofa malas and ottoman, fridge, sumolah eh!
Anyway, the people at Sarawak are so so so nice! So soft spoken, so generous, driving us all the way to the Indonesian border, Serikin, the place for shopping. Habiskan duit lagi la bagi orang-orang Indon kat situ. And I tasted the (I was told) famous Pak Salleh's Mi Kolok at Satok.
And of course I couldn't miss meeting Cik Felder, yang makin cun (udah la tu.. heheh!). She brought me shopping at the Waterfront, on the 30 cent boat ride and to eat Laksa Sarawak, where I happen to meet soon-to-be-married Ed and M. Daud (ala, Fiancee Am tu), tongah makan. Then Felder met me again at the airport to send me off. Siap kasik prezen mahal lagi! Gile best! Sedey gak bila cakap babai..
Takpe Felder, nanti ko kawen aku pegi lagi ye! Aku pun nak gi tengok orang utan jugak. Can't wait!

The most gorgeous boyfriend in the world finally turned 25! (Really, I kesian dengan you all yang takde boyfren hensem macam yang I ada. Muahahaha! Jahok mung Nijoh!) Happy Birthday Boyfren! Nasib baik.. I was done feeling older and feeling like he should "dengar cakap saya sebab saya lagi tua dari awak". Poor boy. Hehe!

Went balik kampung to serene ol' Rembau where, as I laid down to rest, I got bitten by garment-eating ants. Urgh! There were an army of them, up to the point that I wouldn't be surprised if a big brown busut would be formed on my sexy body the next morning. But the worst thing was, they ate my Mak's baju raya (which, mind you, she had just worn once) until it was full of holes!

Went to Kuala Pilah for Raya. Little did I know that my beautiful, crispy-new baju kurung songket would be worn by 2 other cousins on the same day. Oh deng! I shall proceed with the sacrificial ritual of burning the said baju kurung songket soonest. (Or maybe give it to one of Kak Yah's daughters and pray that she would not have the same fate as I did).

Back to work and wearing my new non-VPL undies. Wearing them must've been the worst decision I have made today as I am currently having the biggest wedgie in the worrrrldd... (bergema bila cakap nih!). Should've worn my old ones.
